The MinSouth council is delighted to welcome our new member, Andrew Hindmarch, co-opted from the British Tunnelling Society of which he has been a member of its committee since 2008.   Andrew is a CSM trained engineer who has worked in the UK and overseas on various projects including Storebaelt in Denmark, Heathrow Express, New Southern Railway in Sydney, Australia, the Dover and Folkestone Wastewater Scheme, Channel Tunnel Rail Link, Durban Harbour Tunnel in South Africa and Silicon Valley Rapid Transit in California.   He is currently working as a Senior Project Manager in the tunnelling division of Mott MacDonald and has most recently been involved with the design of several underground station upgrades in London and the Lee Tunnel scheme.   Please take the opportunity to welcome Andrew at the next MinSouth meeting.
